Managing your Premium License

Activating License Key

After purchasing Cimo Premium, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Premium plugin file and your unique License Key. Follow these steps to get up and running:

Download the Cimo Premium plugin file from the link provided in your email.

Copy your License Key to your clipboard.

Log into your WordPress site and navigate to the Plugins page.

Click Add New Plugin, then Upload Plugin, and select the file you just downloaded.

Once the upload is complete, click Activate.

Navigate to the Installed Plugins page.

Locate Cimo Premium in your list of plugins.

Click on the Activate License link found under the plugin name.

Paste your key into the field and click Activate License to unlock all premium features.

Deactivating License Key

To move a license to a new site or manage your current installations, you must first deactivate the License Key from its current website. You can do this either through your website or remotely via the Cimo dashboard.

From Your WordPress Dashboard

Log into your WordPress admin area.

Navigate to Cimo from your list of active plugins.

Click on the Manage License Key button.

Click on the Deactivate License button.

Once the key is released, it is ready to be used on a new domain.

From Your Account Dashboard

Log into your account at wpcimo.com and navigate to the Account section.

Once you are successfully logged in, head over to the Websites tab located in the main menu to see a list of your active installations.

From the list of active domains, click on the specific website you want to disconnect.

Once you select the site, a details pane will open with further information.

Within this pane, click on the Deactivate button to instantly release the License Key from that site.

The license will then be available for activation on a new website immediately.

Upgrade Current Plan

To begin your upgrade, visit the Cimo Pricing page and select the new plan you wish to purchase. Before completing the transaction, follow these steps:

Locate the checkout section on the payment page.

Before checking out, click the link labeled Renewing or upgrading a license?

Enter your current License Key into the field provided.

Proceed to checkout to finalize your new plan.

Change License Key

If you need to switch the license key currently active on your website, follow these steps:

Log into your WordPress admin area and go to your Plugins list.

Locate Cimo in the list and click the Manage License Key link.

Click the Deactivate License button. This will disconnect the current key from your site.

Once the popup closes, click on Activate License Key.

Paste your new license key into the field and click Activate License to finish the switch.
