License is not activating
If you are having trouble activating your license key, it usually comes down to a few common issues. Follow these steps to get your Cimo Premium features up and running.
Verify Your License Key
Log into your account in wpcimo.com and copy the key directly from your dashboard. It is best to copy and paste it rather than typing it out to avoid typos or extra spaces.

Check if Your Activation Quota is Reached
If you receive an error stating that your license limit has been reached, it means the key is already active on the maximum number of sites allowed by your plan.
- Check Active Sites: If you are transferring your license from one domain to another, you must deactivate the license key on the old site first. You can manage your active sites in the Websites section of your account.
- Verify Registered Emails: Sometimes the site you are trying to activate is already linked to Cimo Premium but registered under a different email address. Ensure you are using the correct account credentials.
- Remote Deactivation (Websites Section): You can deactivate a license through the details panel of a specific site in the Websites section of your account by clicking the Deactivate button.
- Global Deactivation (Licenses Section): Alternatively, you can deactivate the license from the Licenses section instead of the Websites section. This will deactivate the license on all sites, which is a quick fix if you are using a single-site license and want to start fresh on a new domain.
