Do I need premium to optimize images?

No, you don’t need the Premium version just to optimize images. Cimo’s core image optimization features are available to everyone.

Does premium affect server performance?

No, Cimo performs its optimization tasks directly in your browser using your computer's resources, it doesn't force your web server to do the heavy lifting of processing large images or videos.

How many sites can I activate?

The number of websites you can activate depends entirely on the plan you purchased.

If you aren't sure which plan you have, you can verify your limit in two places:

1. The Pricing Page: Visit the pricing page to see the current site counts for each plan.
2. Your Account Dashboard: Log into your account and navigate to the Licenses section. It will display the number of your activation and how many slots you have already used.

What happens when the license expires?

Your Cimo Premium license key is valid for one year from the date of your initial purchase or your most recent upgrade.

If your license expires, Cimo Premium will continue to work on your site. All the premium features you are currently using will remain available, and your optimized images, videos, and audio files will still function exactly the same as they do now.

However, you will no longer receive any plugin updates. This means you will miss out on new feature releases, critical bug fixes, and compatibility updates for new versions of WordPress. Additionally, you will no longer have access to technical customer support if you run into any issues.
