How to move your License to another website
To move a license, the License Key must be deactivated from the current site before it can be activated on a new one.
Deactivate from the WordPress Dashboard
If there is access to the current website, navigate to the Cimo settings and select Deactivate License. Once the key is released, it can be entered and activated on the new website.
Deactivate via the Cimo Account Dashboard
If there is no longer access to the old website, the license can be managed remotely:
Log into the account at the website.
Navigate to the Licenses area on the side menu.
Locate the active site and select Deactivate.
The license will then be available for activation on the new site.
⚠️ Always deactivate the License Key on the current website before attempting to activate it on a new one.
